Richmond Sarpong, a Principle investigator in the C-CAS, was selected as a 2019 ACS Fellow by the American Chemical Society for his elegant and practical strategies for the total synthesisof natural products, his efforts to communicate the importance of chemistry to a general audience, and his mentorship of underrepresented minority chemists.
