SURF program wraps up for 2025

Author: C-CAS

Our SURF students blew us away with the research acheivements this summer! These 24 students worked in labs of C-CAS and DCN faculty over the course of 8 – 10 weeks and gave final research presentations to the Center at the end of the summer. Many of these students also took advantage of on-campus activities at their placement institutions by attending workshops, engaging in social activities with other summer researchers, and presenting their work at campus-wide poster sessions. A handful of these students were also able to join us in-person at the 2025 C-CAS meeting at Carnegie Mellon University.
