Dylan Anstine

Dr. Anstine is a postdoctoral research scientist in the Isayev group at Carnegie Mellon University. His main research focus is developing machine learned interatomic potentials (MLIPs), which are models that approximate the solution to quantum chemical calculations, to conduct high-throughput reaction characterization. In addition to MLIP research, he also actively works on developing reinforcement learning algorithms for autonomous operation of robotic chemical synthesis platforms.
