Emily is a graduate student in the Sarpong Lab and UC Berkeley. She is interested in the total synthesis of natural products leveraging newly developed late-stage C–H functionalization strategies. She is also aiming to use computations for mechanistic elucidation of Pd-catalyzed cyclization reactions.
