Mitch Baumer
Graduate Student
Carnegie Mellon University
Mitch is a graduate student in the Gomes lab at Carnegie Mellon University. He is interested in the development of new high-throughput methodologies where they are needed, as well as development of the infrastructure required to carry out automated, high-throughput experimentation. His current research focuses on amide-coupling kinetics, where he recently developed a method to determine the rate constants of amide-coupling reactions in high-throughput by detecting the byproducts.
