Qintao Jia
Graduate Student
American University
Qintao is a graduate student in the Toledo lab, a synthetic bioinorganic group that focuses on the role that first-row transition metals play in biological systems and catalysis. His research interests lie in the synthesis and reactivity of biomimetic models of metalloenzymes (Ni-ARD), with the goal of understanding how metalloenzymes contribute to disease states such as cancer development.
