Shree Sowndarya is a graduate student working in the Paton lab at Colorado State University. Her interests lie in computational chemistry and cheminformatics applied to the prediction and design of small functional organic molecules. She is currently working on building graph neural networks for property prediction to screen for molecules satisfying required chemical/ physical properties in goal-directed molecular optimization.
